I also had it over my house with the ZP90 connected to BV10-32, 740 and BL8000 on its own. People may differ on the opinion on sound quality, but is good enough for me. The only disadvantage is that if you connect to TV it has to be switched on first but not for direct connection to BLs.

I really want to justify myself to buy an encore but with great difficulty since sonos is so easy to operate and use....

YouTube it perhaps.

Re: Spotify Like Services and B&O Integeration

Seems like similar to a Onkyo NR receiver which has the network ability.

Sonos - would still need a IR eye to use a B&O remote?

Re: Spotify Like Services and B&O Integeration

Sonos is the answer. You'll need a ZP90. Amazing system that links well with B&O. Sources include Spotify, Napster, internet radio, last fm, the list goes on.

You'll never need to buy a CD again!

I have it located all around my house and even linked into my TV.

Spotify Like Services and B&O Integeration

Looking for ideas being implemented for the integeration of streaming service like Spotify with B&O equipment.

Currently I use both a an external iphone dock to powerlink cable to play most of the itunes streaming apps to my Beosound 4000. Just started doing the same with the Spotify on PC to Beosund 4000 using a 3.5mm to PL cable.

I have in the past tried the Beoport running via my computer but eventually gave up on that idea as it was very easy to do all that using an iphone app directly connected with out PC in between. Has there been any enhacnements made to the Beoport 2 software which may convince me to isntall the beoport back into my setup.

Just curious to know what all are doing to play internet music on B&O. I know with out the Beoport or Beomedia I lose the remote controling of B&O equipment. However, some remote apps for spotify do help incontrolling the PC remotely.

Please share ideas and existing implementations out there.
