Yes, that's true, I've never seen anyone use it. Those speakers have found a good place! they look awesome! Looks like I will have to go back to Finland to see it with my own eyes.

One question though, the square part of your speakers seems to be white? Is that original or has it been painted to match your white interior? Thought they only were in brushed alum. or blue?

Again something of an effect from the iPhone camera. The square is brushed aluminum.

I was just wondering the same (the color I mean, not if we're being invited or not!)

Anyway that setup looks awesome, Andreas! I have a pair of BL3000's and have never seen or heard 5000's live. But if my BL3000's are even half as good as the 5000's, I believe those are very good, too.

Man, do they look good?!

They are absolutely perfect, the pic is not the best possible, as it was dark outside already. The table is mostly for decorative purposes, no-one ever sits at it. Freerk and Nikola knows this.

And they are perfect! Just checked the drivers, and they look brand new almost, so maybe they have been replaced?

I don't think they have been replaced -they are just very good drivers with rubber edges - instead of those terrible foam rings they used in the CX-series and the late S-series (s-45, s-55, s-80 etc.).
The drivers in my 5000's still looks like new -and so they do in my 3000's.

Those are fantastic examples you have there Andreas! They look great on that backdrop and next to that huge painting.

I was amazed when I first connected ours. My wife likes the sound better than the 8000's.

They look good too.....
