The panels, as Soren says, can be painted - the one on the forum was done so well that I bought myself a 700 to get the same done, only to find the cheap one I bought was in perfect condition! &lt;p&gt;@ Ozcaver, search the forum, someone restored a Beolit and painted the panels, If the slider cannot be repaired, search, the AC/ batt switch is simple and may be repairable.&lt;/p&gt;

Unfortunately it has seen better days however it works and I&amp;#39;d love to try to breathe some new life into it, mostly cosmetically. The questions are: Are the removable coloured pannels obtainable? Mine are rather weathered and lacking. Are parts available for this radio? I require a slider tone control as the slider knob has been broken off at some stage. I also require the battery isolation switch which disconnects the battery when the AC lead is plugged into the radio. Apart from that, it works well and sounds great.&lt;/p&gt;
