The alu- facia is with only the frequency panel - the channel panel is emty.

The Ceramic filters: This version have the piggy-back version - this has for me only been seen in serie 5

Görler tuner: This version is with Görler tuner - this has been know from serie 3

The serial no: I have never seen any Beomaster with a number near this sn and I have never seen any Beomaster 5000 of serie 2!

If this type 2012 - serie 2 was for the US, I would expect to see the demphases for US (75uSec) - but the deemphases is for Europe.

This is truly a strange member of the Beolab 5000 family!

Beomaster 5000 was available as types 2005, 2012 and 2013
"NR 5000" is the production name, "2012" is the type number, "serie 02" is the build series
"74723" is the serialnumber, the stamped "P3" refers to the type of veneer used
and the "godk" has the approval controllers signature.

The type 2012 may not be very common in Denmark, is that it ?
Or maybe it's because the serial number is quite high for a serie 02 ?

I think, you need to tell us more.

The label:

NR 5000 - Type 2012 - Serie 02

Nr. 74723

Of course I have the product here, but I will wait to tell what it is (or supposed to be) until I have a couple of input / help please, because for me ....... something is really wrong or at least totally unknown to me.
