&lt;p&gt;During our tour of &amp;#39;The Farm&amp;#39; at B&amp;amp;O HQ in Struer deep in the depths of the basement, we were shown some first and final prototypes &amp;amp; oddities which never made it to production. &amp;nbsp;I was allowed to photograph the following item, which was produced in or around the early 00&amp;#39;s and was destined to be a portable CD Player/Radio with a detachable Remote.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &amp;#39;slide out platter&amp;#39; was a brand new concept at the time and appeared in the familiar guise we all know today on the BeoVision 7.&lt;/p&gt;
