Hi, to help you pick an exact location for your 9000 that suits you and your room - make a cardbord/paper copy to the 9000s exact size. Bluetack it in place, view it from all positions-if thats ok can you and yours reach its top cd position etc .

Leave space in the wall where you can push your slack power/masterlink/co-ax/speaker cables.

Hi Ron,

Not sure if I understand you correct but the wall mounting frames for BS9000 have a hole for cables i.e. this would be the location to drill

1) decide were to put the BS900

2) hold the frame to the wall and mark the open spot on the frame

3) drill holes for the frame and a bigger hole for the cables (coax / power / speaker)

4) mount the wallplate etc. etc.

I hope this will answer your question. I can send you pictures on how the BS9000 was put to the wall at my place previously

I am vertically mounting a beosound 9000 and need to tell the electrician where to do the cutout for the recessed outlet for power. Does anyone know the recommended height location to place this outlet? any other suggestions are appreciated as well. thanks Ron
