Message to Oakley,

Hi Oakley,

I have the same problem that Volcanor had last year, I’ve
been given a Beocom 6000 setup but two of the hands are locked and I wasn’t
told the pin code.

I’m in the UK, my local dealer closed down a coupe of years
ago, and Calgary’s a touch too far to visit, but I wonder whether you would be
so kind as to check B&O’s ROS system and identify the pin code/s for me?

One is serial number : 106154688180217

One is serial number : 106144888179949

I very much hope you can help me.

Best wishes, Viv

Like that is ever going to happen! So in my opinion the PIN in BeoCom 6000 causes more problems than it is useful.

Anyhow, the Pin code can only be reset by Bang & Olufsen at a Service Center as far as I know, even a dealer cannot reset it. So maybe you can contact the B&O office in China?

Re: <help!> about beocom 6000 MKI pin code

If you'd like, PM me the serial of the phone and I'll check for the pin code on B&O's ROS system.

It blows my mind how some dealers can be soooo unhelpfull. You come down to our store in Calgary and you'll get a cup of NESPRESSO to help you ease the "wait time" as I fill out the service claim forms and send the item out for repair. That's the level of service and customer appreciation that we have here for our clients.

... then again... some care and some don't.

Re: <help!> about beocom 6000 MKI pin code

B&O refuse to help cuz i am in China now.
