&lt;p&gt;There have been some aftermarket stand products for the Beosound 1 in Germany over the years. Fabricated in glass and stainless steel, they might be found today on EBAY now and then.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The comments about the height of a stand pole and an increase of the OD and ID of the pole are well founded. The corresponding base of such a product would also need to be wider and heavier.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The original 60 cm pole is in balace with the diameter and weight of the base.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using the same base and a 100 cm pole&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;would make the whole assembly quite &lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;top-heavy&amp;quot; and not very stable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;For a 100 cm pole a base of lager diameter / more weight will be necessary (eg BV1/BC1)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
