Use a 21-pin cable to connect one plug to the socket marked TV on the Expander box, and connect the other plug to the socket marked DECODER on the television. The manual seems to point to it being for MX Tv&#39;s but then a previous version of this expander worked with Avants as well by setting the AV Socket to Video Tape 2</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
