I got a Video Terminal before my Beolink 1000 for use with my L2800.

The seller demonstrated the Beovision with a Beolink 1000 but gave me the V -Terminal to use.

It needed batteries but it did not work either. I took it apart and tried to touch the printboard. That worked. Put it back together and it worked with no problem. Got a new rubberpad as it had several numbers ripped from use.

Be carefull when open the remote as there is 2 wires going to the batteries. If they get loose you need to solder them back on.

Re: Beovision LX 2802 N - Remote Control not working

This reminds me of getting my LX5500.

I could not get the Beolink 1000 to work at all. I checked the batteries which were all fully loaded. The B&O dealer is only a 5-10 minutes walk so I went and got it fixed. He installed a new print board and it has been working ever since.

Re: Beovision LX 2802 N - Remote Control not working

Thanks. I think the Beolink is definitely dead - nothing works.
