But what this button does is working since years with a Beo4 (or 5/6) and a Lintronic box. There is a special feature called sleeptimer. Just press a number ( 1 for 10 min. - 9 for 90 min.)and GO in CLOCK mode . After that time the box will automatically shut down your audio/video turn down the light and close the curtain - whatever you programmed as a macro to the box.

I have programmed a GOOD NIGHT button for my Beo6: a very simple LIGHT - STANDBY command with one button, that shuts down my beo in the livingroom immediately, waits 45 seconds and turns down the light. In that time I can logout from Beoworld forum, take the glasses into the kitchen and leave the living room. It also works nicely with the new LIGHT functions like LIGHT - MORNING, TV-VIEW, RELAX....

The way it was used was to press the button and whatever was playing be it, TV, Foxtel, Music CD would turn off after that time.

My question is how would this be configured, I did not think it was possible?

BTW I don't have a Beo5 I am just curious.

Thanks beoaus
