Maybe you can try to reprogram the lightprograms 1-5, it could be that for program 1-5 the LC2 is programmed to switch off in one way or the other.

Will certainly give that a go. Thanks.

In the absence of any success I may just have to accept that something in the internal electronics has caused this to happen. In which case I think I'm stuck!

Thanks again.

Sounds extremely weird. If it reacts at all, it should react to all commands. Are you sure the problem is not with your Beo4? Or in your programming of the LC2?

Otherwise, try disconnecting the LC2 from mains, and wait a while - then reconnect. This should reboot the microprocessor in the LC2.

Thanks for that. Yes I agree it is weird and I'm sure the problem is not with the Beo4 as it operates other LC2s fine. I cannot program it to the numbers 1-5 although the other LC2s will.

Will try your suggestion, although here in Spain, power cuts will probably do it for me on about a weekly basis!

Thanks again.

Re: LC2 faulty?

Sounds extremely weird. Dome touch on/off and dimmming work fine, so other than the obvious conclusion that there's an unrepairable fault with the unit, does anyone have any suggestions?
