&lt;p&gt;On the Beo4, press the red dot and LIST at the same time. Press LIST then till OPTION? shows on the screen. Press GO. Then press LIST till A.OPT shows. &lt;p&gt;Basically, I bought a used Beocenter 2300 and Beo4 that were being used with a MX7000 TV. I don&amp;#39;t have a TV and the remote still thinks there is a TV, so the BC2300 won&amp;#39;t respond.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve reset the remote and that hasn&amp;#39;t worked - I remember there is some option that needs setting when you use it with a TV. If anybody could jog my memory that would be much appreciated!&lt;/p&gt;
