Just plug it in... I have the same oval-square connector on my bl7, and i use a round-round cable without issues.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>/Weebyx</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>https://archivedforum.beoworld.org:443/forums/thread/321956.aspxSun, 17 Apr 2011 01:13:54 GMT41a2a90c-3a1e-4bd3-b144-3883695a7f38:321956macjonny10https://archivedforum.beoworld.org:443/forums/thread/321956.aspxhttps://archivedforum.beoworld.org:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=13&PostID=321956<p>I have two pairs of Beolab 6000s.&nbsp; One is used as rear speakers in a surround setup, and the other as the two main speakers on a spare TV.&nbsp; These pairs were both purchased used a while ago.&nbsp; I noticed that the two speakers in the surround setup were distorting a bit during loud volume, so I wanted to switch them.&nbsp;&nbsp; When I did, I noticed that the mains plugs for each are different.&nbsp; One has a mains adapter that has two oval type shapes, and the other has an oval plus one with a flat end.&nbsp; I can&#39;t just switch the mains cables easily without some work as they are fished through the walls (wall-mounted beolab 6000s).&nbsp;&nbsp; Has anyone noticed that there are two types of mains cable shapes?&nbsp; Is there an adapter of some sort??!?!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
