&lt;p&gt;My DVD player is placed with plastic holders that hook into the top &amp;#39;grill&amp;#39; (on the back), these open spaces for cooling i presume?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This may be a noddy question but here goes. I am considering buying either a BV 7-40 or a BV 10. I love the picture perfect shape and design of the BV 10 but where does one hide the set top box and the Apple TV? I know that with the BV7, you can buy brackets which allow the boxes to be hidden at the back, but I wonder what people have done with the BV10. I love the tidy lines of the BV 10 but having cables and ancillary boxes beneath would seem to spoil the view!&lt;/p&gt;
