Hi,

had the same problem since I only had on my bravia an TOSLINK optical out for the sound. I bought a "pro-ject" module that convert optival TOSLINK to RCA and then add the cable described by kallasr, pay attention you need a cable that goes from RCA to DIN and not the other way. Ask your BO dealer for a 2 directions cable, he should know what it is.

DIN to RCA (Cinch) cable. Attention, usually 4 RCAs (2 in, 2 out). Put the DIN in the AUX Socket, the Cinch into the sony.

Hi, this is my first posting, ever. I have searched the internet to find out how to connect a NEw Sony Bravia (KDL-40HX803) to a BEOSound 9000, but i am struggling to find anything that specifically helps me... I think i have all the right cables etc. but i cannot get it to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Else i am going to have get the B&O guys in to help! many thanks in advance..
