&lt;p&gt;Just did the reset on my 2nd hand handsets but they keep searching for base1 which is the original owner&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t have it. &amp;nbsp;My line is brand new!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How can I make clear to that thing that it needs to register to a new base?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The previous owner dis bot realise that these gadgets need resetting before selling on.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have searched but not come up with anything!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am selling all the bits seperatly so a full factory reset is required really.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I believe the 6000 are Mk1&amp;#39;s&lt;/p&gt;
