&lt;p&gt;These units are robust, but can fail on occasion. &amp;nbsp;In order to have it looked at you&amp;#39;ll need an engineer unless you&amp;#39;re proficient with these things!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure as i&amp;#39;m not in front of one, but try a full reset on the TV if it will allow you (you need to be in the service menu to do this). &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve known this to work on BV7&amp;#39;s - but the BC1 is a totally different chassis. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do think it&amp;#39;s an engineer job though.&lt;/p&gt;
