BeoWorld was unaffected, but the attack was so intense Aquest decided to pull the plug on everything until they could regroup.</p> <p>Quite why people who carry out DNS attacks put the time and effort into this is beyond me. &nbsp;There are much more rewarding things for young people to pursue in this world like girls, cars, beer (or insert hobby here) - as well as interaction with other human beings, instead of being holed up in a small room stacked with empty pizza boxes and coffee cups feeling smug you&#39;ve stopped someone asking a question on a forum. &nbsp;It&#39;s beyond me, really..</p> <p>Even when they <strong><i>do</i></strong> succeed, and websites go down for a few hours - what have they achieved? &nbsp;Last night I read a good book which Peter sent me for an extra couple of hours and enjoyed a couple of glasses of nice Rioja instead of &#39;housekeeping&#39; on the site.
