works fine - program tuning, sound and picture changes storing etc..

PROBLEM
is i cannot access MENU by pressing the menu button to the remote.. so i
cannot change the sockets and some other features I'm familiar with..

i
also have second BeoLink1000 - its also not working with it, so its not
the remote..

I found some guys from Denmark have the same
problem.. unfortunately i still have no answer from them..

i would
be grateful for some solutions..

Using a BeoLink 1000 you start tuning by pressing "GOTO"

using a very old Beo4 you'll find "GOTO" as a "LIST" command and will have to "ADD" it to your "LIST"

using a newer Beo4 you'll find "V.SETUP" as a "LIST" command and will have to "ADD" it to your "LIST"

"LIST" >till > "V.SETUP" then "GO" = Beo4 Display shows "TUNE" then "GO" and the sreen menu should
appear ...

Sounds to me like you have read the manual for the Beo4 version, and have a Beolink 1000 version... With the Beo4 version you select channels etc. trough menues, while with the Beolink 1000 you use the remote. Try pressing ">>" does it search after TV channels?

Beovision MX6000 - Menu incomplete!
I also downloaded the manual from the official B&O products archive and I concluded that my system's menu is incomplete:

The only things showing in the menu are: Program List / Setup (and when I select 'Setup', it's incomplete as well ... only a few options to configure a Masterlink etc ...)

Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this? In its current state, I can't alter the Program List, I can't add channels, I can't choose my default position (w/ the motorized stand), etc ...

Is there maybe a way to reset the entire device?

Thanks in advance!
