&lt;p&gt;I did the update myself. &amp;nbsp;.I&amp;#39;ll tell you the only real thing I notice is that it now&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have just started to upgrade the PCBs in my 3500 link speakers to SW 2.1.&amp;nbsp; The speaker no longer talks to the source via ML.&amp;nbsp; I can select any source - the source name illuminates but nothing else.&amp;nbsp; No CD track number, no volume control.&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#39;t get the clock either.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I play a CD through another 3500 and turn the upgraded one on to CD, again no sound, nor can I control the CD.&amp;nbsp; However, if I select MENU 0 3 PLAY I get an ML SEL. option (MasterLink Select?) and I then get the sound playing from the source.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I return the old PCB and revert back to the old software, it works fine.&lt;/p&gt;
