I now have sound in all link rooms but one thing i cannot get working is if i have one source on the tv in the lounge i used to be able to listen to amines source in the link room via the beocenter 9300 in another room.
Now I can only have sound in link rooms if the main room tv is playing the same source and the sound is on. If i turn the main room tv off it turns of the sound in the link rooms also but this never was a problem before.
I have replaced all ml cable and junction boxes and done a full power down and enen a full factory reset.
Tv set to option 2 stereo to option 0 and I can access the sound in link rooms and cannot have one source in the main room and another in the ilk room as I could before.
I even tested e setup with a pre made ml cable for testing.

Please help as tomorrow i have a house warming and cannot get everything to work as it should.

Thanks so much

Re: VMem over ML

Setting up the Bass.....

Select an Audio source in the link room (i.e. Radio), in the Beo4 select then A.SETUP, you can on the Beo4 then select between Bass, Treble, Loudness and S.Store. Select Bass, and turn up/down for the Bass level. Find the Bass level you like, and press S.Store to save.

Works fine for me.

Re: VMem over ML

I use vmem for my BM5, and it works for me when I press vmem outside using my Beovox 1 connect to beolink passive.

In the kitchen I can choose to vmem and get the BM5 navigation (i.e. N.MUSIC or Photo) with the normal link tv quality. It is usable.

To get the sound in stereo I then press AV+vmem, if I just press AV+vmem I only get the sound and no picture.

I can also choose to listen to n.music or n.radio on the beolink passive.

It works OK for me.

VMem over ML

Hello All
I have Vmem assigned to my tv in the lounge.
When i press Vmem in my link room with a beolink passive i get the sound
When i press vmem on my beovision 3 set to option 6 i get a snowy screen with no sound, how can i activate the vmem sound over ML in the bedroom

Also when i turn the tv off in the lounge it kills the sound on the link room passive until the tv is swtiched back on

the tv used switch off and the source display would dim and the linkm room still access the sound without the main room on.

What am i doing wrong?

Also when setting the sound on the passive how many steps up and down are there when setting bass etc?

Thanks so much
