A much cheaper solution is to use something like a Parasound Z Amp which can be set to stereo or bridged mono for a centre channel. All you need is a Powerlink to Phono cable which your dealer or someone like Steve @ Sounds Heavenly can make . I have recently used these for a couple of BeoSound 5 installs where ceiling speakers were being used and used 3 on a BeoSystem 3 where the setup had Bose in wall and ceiling speakers for the 5.1 setup.

Center channel with Beolink passive

Is it possible to use a Beolink passive to drive the center channel from a BS3?

If this usage is possible:

- The connection from BS3 to the Beolink Passive should be only by Powerlink? No use for the MasterLink?

- How to drive/connect to the speaker? Beolink Passive drives left and right speakers, how to drive only one?
(I am considering a passive non BO center speaker - a Bose one - a temporary solution before a full fledge B&O solution.)

Regards,
