&lt;p&gt;Well, the service manual&amp;#39;s onsite and having looked it appears you use a special tool to unclip it. I should imagine you could use a small screwdriver or better still the corner of a credit card. Never had one apart myself though so don&amp;#39;t blame me if my suggestion damages it&lt;img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/04.gif" alt="Stick out tongue" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would probably have a go if it were mine but I guess it depends on you and how far your dealer is away plus their fees. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;my beocom 4 suddenly showed message charge battery, so suspect it needs new battery, can i do this myself and where in the handset is the battery located. or is it better to get the dealer to do it, as often find&amp;nbsp; you need special tools to open&lt;/p&gt;
