No after market parts anywhere I&#39;m afraid. I need the new small wheel shaped piece of plastic. The spring is fine.</p> <p>Q: Does anyone know how/where I can get an original or aftermarket&nbsp;replacement? (Please don&#39;t mention B&amp;O dealer. B&amp;O only provides support for systems up to 12 years after their manufacture. B&amp;O when contacted were of no help).</p> <p>It seems a pity that this lovely unit has been turned in to a paperweight because of this very small but important circle of plastic.
