The solution was quite simple.

1) It is not possible to switch it off on BV8-32

2) My dealer exchanged the BEO4 to a version with V.Aux as hard key. Instead of TV + DTV it has DTV + V.Aux...

Thanks,

Any other ideas?

Yes, if you don't need DVB-T, just ML and SCART:

Use system module Type 4375 (without DVB-T - PartNr 1437500) instead of your current Type 4470 module.
Both types have the same price.

Sometimes less is more ...

Re: switch off DVB-T Module in BV8-32 Servicemenue??

i think but dont quote me on this. if u update the tv sw it might let u use v.mem for control..

Re: switch off DVB-T Module in BV8-32 Servicemenue??

Any other ideas?
The only way you can get the DTV button usuable again is to remove the module.

I have a BV8-32 and added the Systemmodule with DVB-T just yesterday. At the time of installation the module was not available.

Connected to the BV8 is a Technisat DVB-S2 Receiver via Scart and HDMI on AV1. This was controlled via PUC and as DTV. Now with the new module the DTV is used by the DVB-T module that I do not need. The Receiver can just be controlled as V.AUX - very inconvenient!!

Is there a way to switch off the DVB-T Module? Can this perhaps be done in Service menue? How to enter service menue??

Thanks, Heribert
