With Beo5 create a button, that sends for example RADIO command in audio mode AND LIGHT - GO vommands. This will activate your Beomaster in Radio mode and your lamp. You can also use LIGHT - 1,2,3....9 for special light levels. You can do that with a Lintronic box using a Beo4 ( or Beo5). I`m using that for a "time to sleep" function. My Lintronic box is programmed to wait 45 seconds and then send a LIGHT - STOP command when receiving a STANDBY commannd in LIGHT mode. So, any Beo - BS9000, BS5, BV7 - will shut down immediately when I press LIGHT - STANDBY. Now I have time to take my glass wine and get out of the room. Now the lights - LC2s - will be shut down automatically by the Lintronic box. You can even expand this for blinds, curtains controlled by a relay board.

Hope this helps

Hope you are doing fine!

Most probably it has to do with Masterlink Gateway, or Beosystem 3 or Beo5!!!!

I'm not quite sure if above mentioned are correct but I think it's very interesting topic!

Best regards

I have a question for the technical guys out here that already helped me so much till now :)

I recently bought an LC2 light controler and will mount it on the wall trying to control a normal lamp.

I saw in a few B&O demos that lights would go at x% of the initial intensity when they strated the audio systems.

How can they do this? I think a certain type of transceiver is needed or something in order to integrate the LC2 with my other B&O systems or this can be made just by programing the LC2 or the Beo 4 maybe?

Thank you in advance for your answers

Regards,

Stef
