&lt;p&gt;Welcome to the forum!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Master Control Panel 5500 only works with either Beomaster 5500, 6500 or 7000, hence if you have a different system installed, then it will just say &amp;quot;no contact&amp;quot; whenever you try to do anything.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you can let us know what other equipment you have installed in the house, I&amp;#39;m sure we can help you solve the problem!&lt;/p&gt;
