Do you have an icone on the beomaster service desktop named ‘Exit Service Menu ?

If yes : This icon exits the ‘Service Menu’ and returns the product to its normal state.

How to exit ‘Configuration Menus’
BeoMaster 5
- To exit ‘Configuration Menu’ on BeoMaster 5:
Press EXIT on Beo4 or BACK on Beo5 to return to BeoMaster 5 Main menu.
(The number of times to press EXIT/BACK depends of the menu stage).

I think you'll need to connect a mouse to one of the USB ports and start the BS5/BM5 software (I did this once, and my memory was that it was pretty obvious - but I'm sorry that I do not have specific instructions). Once it starts in Windows mode, I don't think it "sees" the wheel or its buttons.

Hi after i tried to install a driver for a new powerline adapter, my BS5 only starts in the "Windows" mode. Is there another way to come back into the normal mode (I tried already the powert button and seperating the system from the power outlet).
