&lt;p&gt;It sounds to me like the mute relay, if it doesnt happen on the speaker &amp;#39;2&amp;#39; sockets it probably is .&lt;/p&gt;

It all functions almost perfect, but one of the speaker channels do not work until I spike the volume up until it comes on. From that point on, it works great until I turn the sound off, or shift between inputs. I have worked a lot with electronics, so I can find my way around the boards, I just can&amp;#39;t figure out what may be causing this problem.
