But in all other menues etc. they are working fine.</p> <p>The stupid is, sometimes (very rarely) it works - but mostly not.&nbsp;</p> <p>This happens with all our Beo4s, not only with one.</p> <p>I apprechiate any ideas very much.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Best regards from Central America,</p> <p>Ingo</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
