Hi, I just order the Beolab 8002 and Beolab 11 from my dealer. I would like to know which is the best CD player for those speakers? I have Lacie Starck Desktop Hard Drive 2TB full with music in FLAC format and I would like to connect the Hard Drive with my B&O sistem. But how? Any suggestion?

1/ welcome to Beoworld

2/ my ears are sadly suffering from the human condition of ageing

3/ none the less, I have been very impressed with a direct feed from my Apple via HDMI to my BV8

4/ in particularly I was playing a Miles Davis CD this way, last night, and I was in seventh heaven . . . . . .

Now it could be that my brain was condition to "know" that it should sound better

AND the BL3s connected to the BV8 are better than the BL 6000s connected to my BS3

none the less I encourage you to think outside the box of "the best CD player"

But one thing is for sure ... you will get a range of opinions, from mine on the "far left" to others (equally valid) on the "far right"
