Apparently the ends of RF cables and the connection plugs got a bit loose here and there over the last 7 years. The reason I think is that the motorised stands on all three television cause a slight amount of friction when moving and after 7 years it needed some work. I also took the Beocord V8000 out and carefully cleaned the heads and other heads and pins that touch the tape with some alcohol. The user manual states that the VCR cleans the heads by itself, but still dirt showed up on the cotton swabs. The Beocord was bought on a end of productline sale at a dealer in 2006 but this cleaning job also really improved it's performance! It was somebody on the forum that once mentioned that he did this this RF cable, plug and VCR job, but regretfully I forgot who it was. Nevertheless thanks to that Beoworld member for the great advice. I'm now really enjoying the old fashioned Beolink over RF cable again!!!

P.s. Upgraded back to gold again, hoping to please Prizedrawbot in sending a prize to Amsterdam. He can come and deliver it himself.
