&lt;p&gt;My BEO5 remote was working fine controlling my V+ box, now almost none of
the buttons work - if I press &amp;#39;home&amp;#39; twice it will occasionally bring up the V+
menu page.&amp;nbsp; The fact it works sometimes makes me think the hardware is
setup OK.&amp;nbsp; I have checked the position of IR cable and switched everything
on and off half a dozen times - any help massively appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(My wife is wondering why we spent all this money on a remote that doesn&amp;#39;t
work very well!!)&lt;/p&gt;
