&lt;p&gt;regulator, a dead 9000 comes to live but the output audio signals accompany with unexpected loud annoying cracking distortion sound&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; properly a &lt;span id="result_box" class="short_text"&gt;&lt;span&gt;symptom of burn &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;fets(Tr102 and Tr202) as the outputs are taken from R156 and R256.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The burnt PF5103 fets are difficult to get, any suggestion for a substitution?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The deck has been serviced once by B&amp;amp;O 10 years ago &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and have been kept unused for the last five years according to&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;information given by the&amp;nbsp; seller.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As I powered-up, the mechanism responsed smoothly&amp;nbsp; to all the function-buttons &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and in play-mode,with&amp;nbsp; signals shown in the leds meter confirming the head picked-up signals from the tape,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; I&amp;nbsp; was surprising to hear no audio sound from the headphone. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In calibration-mode, mine has the `REC-OPEN` flashes instead of `REC-CAL `.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any suggestion given to aid me to solve and repair the faults that this deck might shine once again as it should.&lt;/p&gt;
