The stands previously sold on eBay had a very heavy circular stainless steel base, and the general form was similar to the design spotted above by Sigmund.

These were home made affairs with a Beo 4 wall bracket stuck to a circular base - I always thought they were a bit amateurish to be honest.

Chris.

Best avoided in that case! The Beo4 wall bracket itself is not particularly well made (assuming we are talking about the same plastic holder) with a risk that if you drop the Beo4 into it it might shear off the bottom plastic stop leaving your Beo4 accelerating floor-wards!

I must admit I have one of these - it now works verrt well with a BL1000 however had probs originally the support kept coming adrift and no matter what type of adhesive used that continued until the relative cofg of the bracket was adjusted then the whole became stable it works and looks fine -if I can find the camera I'll put a couple of views up!

NB my unit will only work with a BL 1000

salut tony

Re: Table stand for remotes, a B&O product?

Daniel:

Thanks Graham, I knew I had seen them on a Danish site, but couldn't remember which.

Are you thinking about this?

No, but that looks like another stylish holder!

I found this on eBay UK:

http://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/e11051.m43.l1123/7?euid=7011825263089300572&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.co.uk%2Fws%2FeBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26item%3D260632385333%26ssPageName%3DADME%3AX%3ARTQ%3AGB%3A1123

It's a table stand for Beo4 and Beolink 1000. Does anybody know about this product? I want one, but I live outside UK so I can't make a bid this time.

eBay pictures are a bit indistinct, but this might be the same product on a Danish site.

Someone has, in the past, sold stainless steel versions of a stand on eBay. These were one-off seller manufactured versions (but looked quite stylish!)
