Is anyone on the forum actually using a Beovision 10 with a Beolab 11 to add to the missing bass frequencies? Does it provide an adequate sound set-up for the BV10 in an average sized room?

I can see several suggestions on the forum that this might be a good combination. I am thinking of this combination for a bedroom where there will be no need for high sound volumes due to the proximity of neighbours and the fact that most use will be late in the evening. So, to my mind, that rules out options involving high output surround sound speaker systems. The BV10/BL11 would be a replacement for a very adequate Avant 32: adequate, that is, in every respect except for its physical bulk!

I have this combination on order but don't have a delivery date yet. I have heard and seen a demo of this combination and really liked it. The BV10/BL11 will be in my living room at first but will ultimately be in a bedroom.

Yes, 30m² / BV10-40 / BLb11 / no further speakers connected

... soundwise emphatically YES - maybe you should consider a pair of e.g. BLb 4 to get a wider soundstage ...
