You are right the Beosystem 1 is US only As it is NTSC. You need the Beosystem 2.

From technical spec:

RGB Out

PAL : RGBHV 575P 50Hz
NTSC : RGBHV 480P 60Hz

Where do you live? I know someone selling one that has never been out of the box. Transport is difficult as they need to ship by truck. They damage quite easily if jostled about.

Any ideas on where to find a used one? It seems like all webshops have stopped selling it. I have a bv-4 without the "brain".
