&lt;p&gt;Sorry for no reply. I ordred the repair kit which Keith metioned in some posts yesterday. I think I can pick it up tomorrow morning and I will definitely try the credit card method! Sounds great!;-)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You must release the two clips a couple of milli-metres with a very thin blade&amp;nbsp;just above the top of the battery compartment on each side first. Once both sides are release you can lift the back up from the bottom carefully noting the speaker cable which unplug from a very small socket on the PCB. Be careful not to break the top clips as you lift the back completely off. Use the top of the phone like a hinge. ( iknow it isn&amp;#39;t sopisticated) Do it carefully beacause the of the speaker cable. The coloured half is held by two clips on either side.
