&lt;p&gt;A Beoworld member advised on your &amp;quot;no contact&amp;quot; issue that capacitors on the PCB have to be replaced. Same issues with the BL7000 if they have &amp;quot;no contact&amp;quot; failures.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just received a Beolink 5000 from a fellow Beoworlder in good condition.&amp;nbsp; I performed the initial setup and upon use with my&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BC9500 I am getting the &amp;quot;no contact&amp;quot; when I push the status button.&amp;nbsp; I know it is in two-way mode as I set it up that way.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I know my BC9500 is sending signals back because my Beolink 7000 updates the status on that remote when the source is changed on the BC9500. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas what can be wrong?&amp;nbsp; Is it possible for just the 2-way part of the remote to go out?&lt;/p&gt;
