I am surprised that no-one has mentioned the vast archive of user & service manuals available on Beoworld. For just £15 per year you can access this database & also use the sales/wanted sections. For £30 you also get automatically entered into every monthly prize draw while ever your membership is valid.

It helps! Better to be not alone with that problem! ;o))

OK, at morning, I start something other to do.

I press "clear" simultaneously while switching the player ON.

Now the CD is running without ? displayed.

But.......the CD will running and runing ..............without any further funktion.

OK, as I see at the other post, some solder should be cracked and some capacitors should be aged.

Did anyone knows which one?

Again the question about schematics of the CDX.

I think without the schematics, I did not go on with the try and error mode! ;o))

Think I will start dissassemble the CDX first.

SORRY for some mistakes in English - I am yust a stupid German one! ;o))

I am a new member of that page.

I am the owner of a lot of B&O Beomaster Receivers in perfect conditions after refurbish each of them.

Now I got a CDX I am loking for, the last two years.

Looks very good but.................

After I switch On the nice player, the ? is displayed.

OK, put a disc inside and wait.............

Disc is turning an I can hear the player working until the ? is displayed again.

Nothing else is going on, after the ? is coming of.

I found out, that it is possible to program the player to play only some titles.

And - if I use a new disc, the player did not found the right track.

Is it possible to clear the tracks programmed?

Or - is it a known mistake/failure that something else it damaged?

Damaged laser unit or something?

Did anyone could provide me with the manual to maintain the player?

I wait for the owners manual today. But there is nothing mentioned to maintain the electronics.

PLEASE HELP!!!! [:'(]

I did not have the right experiance with maintain CD players.

Receivers or Amps are no problem.

Anytime switching OFF Beomasters are in well working conditions again.

No problem.

But CD players..............

I can help if your 1900 - 2000 - 2400 - 3000 - 3300 receivers are damaged!

Best wishes to anywere!
