What I find "tricky" about B&O is that a lot of the processing is done inside the "TV" as opposed to an external amp.

So the local shops are running an end-of-Australian-finacial sale/clean-out and there are some BC2s (or were) in the clearance.

But they really need to be coupled with a BeoVision.

Alternatively you can have a BeoVision coupled to a common or garden DVD player, including the PS3 and you will get the audio and video processing you need.

From the BV you would then run power link cables to your BeoLabs (including the BL11).

Typically you daisy-chain the power link speakers so that the BL11 filters out the bass range and passes on the mid-range and treble to the "normal" BeoLabs which are then able to perform better.

If you are getting a BL11 then I think the BL 6000s would be handsome performers; however if you can't afford everything all at once, then it may be better to get BL 4000s as they will deliver a better bass in the short term and add the BL11 later.

Hi.

After seeing people integrate B&O in to their lives, I would like to start incorporating some in to my back room and seek your advice / opinions on ways of making it look better with some B&O.

I would like to keep my Apple TV, PS3 and Foxtel box out here. This is my second room off my kitchen and it's not very large, but can i integrate a BL11 subwoofer in to my setup, or do I need a specific amp to do that? What B&O options are there for amps? Would that be considered a BC2? Or do they all run from B&O TV's with power/master link? How about speakers? Would BL4's be good to start with? Or say BL6000's wall mounted?

I'm very happy with my front room design and AV (Pioneer plasma, Yamaha Receiver and Bose Speakers)... albeit I can visualise BL9's in my front room and a perhaps a B&O TV when I decide to upgrade to a 1080p screen.
