Neither Virgin technician nor B&amp;amp;O engineer are able to get the HD service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are able to display HD banner on screen and view the HD miniguide but do not get an HD picture.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anybody else had this problem that appears to be incompatibility between the two pieces of equipment.&lt;/p&gt;
