The scart lead was in but scart control was set to off in the sky menu (didn't even know that was there!). All working now :o)

did it get un-plugged for a while i have had this before.

try and go to tv mode and it will most prob ask you for the pin and work properly again

Do you have a scart lead between the Sky box and the TV?

If yes, is it plugged in to the "TV" scart on the back of the Sky box as opposed to the "VCR" socket?

Is the scart enabled in the Sky services menu?

Beovision 7 SkyHD numbers problem

Hi All,

Just got a MKIII Beovision 7 and am having problems with the STB-C and the Thompson SkyHD box. All the remote functions work fine except the number buttons.

I've tried rebooting the sky box and the TV but still no joy. Also tried a Beo4 and Beo5 remote which have the same issue. The sky box responds fine to the original Sky remote.

Any ideas?
