today I saw that there is some dust all behind the front glass of my Beosund 5 and micro scratches on front of the glass :-(
Is the dust problem covered by the warranty? I don&amp;#39;t want to accept dust on a unit like this.
Because of the micro scratches I&amp;#39;m a little bit unsure: I can imagine that they simply tell me: Wrong cleaning! And then they are done with it.
Any help, suggestions?
