The only way for me to rid this is to switch to other headset and let the "bad" one sit in charger for a while and then it works again. I seem to have connect to base since i can still see info like phonebook and who called.

I have no idea right now what the problem is, for a while i suspected it was a battery-issue but right now im thinking its my wifi, right now im trying to note when and if wifi is online (active with use) when this happens....

Hope you find a solution

I’ve had a problem with my Beocom system for the past few months. The main fault is that one of my Beocom 6000 (No3 on the pstn base) will give the noise of busy line when you dial or use it to answer, I don’t have this with my other 6000 or Beocom 2.

So today I picked up 3 new (for me!) 6000’s with chargers and PSTN pyamid base £225 off ebay… deal of the week!! I then removed all my phones from the base and re-registered them back on it but I didn’t put the one I’ve been having problems with hoping this would sort it.

All was well for the first couple of hours, until I answered phone No3 on the base and got the busy line sound!!!!

Does anyone have an idea what is going on?

Do I need to re-set the base station? How do you do it and how do I keep all my numbers etc? Or can I swap my numbers to the new base I bought?

Many thanks

James
