&lt;p&gt;To manually update or install the Beo5 driver take the following steps:-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Press START &amp;gt;&amp;gt; CONTROL PANEL &amp;gt;&amp;gt; SYSTEM&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now select DEVICE MANAGER under the hardware section&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will see a USB device with a yellow exclamation mark next to it, right click on it&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Left Click UPDATE DRIVER and you will go into the driver install wizard. Do not accept the automatic install options, but click the button which allows you to select the location of the driver which is located at:-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\Bang &amp;amp; Olufsen\Beo5 Configuration Tool\Beo5Driver&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;there is no problem running the software , but it will not connect to the remote.&lt;/p&gt;
