&lt;p&gt;New problem with my recent BeoCom 6000.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I try to use the ring/dial to move to settings, etc all that comes up is Power Off!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also the two buttons to the&amp;nbsp;right of the main dial don&amp;#39;t seem to work any more even though the ones on the left do!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve recently added a BeoCom 5 to the setup (a Mark 2 PSTN) and that works fine BUT I don&amp;#39;t know if the 6000 was knackered before I did that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is it easy to reset the 6000? or does it sound like a board failure?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As I think&amp;nbsp;its less than 2 years old I&amp;#39;m thinking of taking it back to the dealer to have&amp;nbsp;a look at if its not a simple fix.&lt;/p&gt;
