&lt;p&gt;It sounds as if the overture is in option 0, which means it wont respond to to Beo4. All you need to do is on the the Beo4 press list and red dot together, the Beo4 will display Config (latest software) press the list button until you see Option press go then list till A.OPT appears point beo4 at overture press 1 you should then see Overture stand by light blink, if it does Press CD. &lt;p&gt;I have an Ouverture which seems to work just fine. I cannot however get the BEO 4 to work with it. Is there something obvious I need to do?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The BEO 4 works well with the BC9500&lt;/p&gt;
