&lt;p&gt;To reset the Phonebook, Caller ID, Redial List and registered handsets, you have to first reset the base, then the registered handsets one after another:&lt;br /&gt;Press the dot (shift function) placed between the A and V keys followed by 70008 and then OK (in the middle of the wheel) to reset the base.&lt;br /&gt;Press the dot followed by 70009 and OK to reset each single handset.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sorry if this is a simple one but I can&amp;#39;t find the answer! I used to have 5 Beocom 6000 handsets registered to the same base. Due to&amp;nbsp;two of the handsets&amp;nbsp;going faulty in the last few years,&amp;nbsp;I now have only three working handsets left. Only trouble is the faulty handsets are still showing&amp;nbsp;as associated with the base. Whereas I know how to remove&amp;nbsp;a working&amp;nbsp;handset,&amp;nbsp;I do not know how to remove the references to the old handsets&amp;nbsp;now that they are not working anymore.&amp;nbsp;Any ideas gratefully received. By the way,&amp;nbsp;I do not mind doing a factory reset on the entire setup if this is possible&amp;nbsp;so I can start again.&lt;/p&gt;
